Your claim will be reviewed and you will be advised of our decision within 7 days from receipt of completed Credit Request Form.

RETURNS AND GUARANTEE CLAIMS

For goods invoiced within 12 Months;

Damages or breakages caused by lack of care, misuse, stacking, abuse or vandalism are not covered.
Damaged product must be returned for assessment or photo evidence provided.

For invoice outside 12 Months;

All repairs or replacements are chargeable
